The Bolina Group Holdings are an independent family business established in 1978 in memory of the late 786 Rakesh Kumar Bolina. We specialise in the private, student and commercial property sector with 28 properties in our portfolio across Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire including Bedford, Kempston, Sandy, Letchworth and Biggleswade ranging from 3 and 4 bedroom houses to single or double rooms. The Bolina Group Holdings own all of our rental properties, allowing us to set and maintain the highest of standards for our tenants comfort and peace of mind. We do not employ agents to manage our rental properties so we ensure that we deliver a high quality, personal service to all our tenants. Bolina Group Holdings is now soley owned and operated by Lord R K Bolina.

Our rental properties usually let for 1 months rent in advance and a deposit equal to 1 months rent, subject to references being taken. This can be different dependant upon circumstances and individual property requirments.
